Ria (teentalker) and I were texting 2 days ago.. She was confiding her love problems and I told her to eat na lang. What I didnt know is that she doesn’t eat veggies.. And you know what I told her? “Why ka di kumakain ng veggies?! Did you know that I had this patient who underwent cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) because he was diagnosed with cholecystitis with multiple cholecysthiasis (gallstones).. you know why he got that disease? because he seldom eats veggies. He works in Libya and veggies are hard to find in the middle of the sahara desert…” I wasn’t really scaring Ria off.. but actually.. (i think) she got scared with my kwento. I wonder if she’s eating veggies now?! Hmm..

Actually guys and girls.. who ever reads this… VEGETABLES is very important to our body.. It doesn’t just give us the vitamins and minerals our body needs but it protects us from further diseases. It also gives us fiber.. If you dont wanna get constipated, eat veggies!

Again.. eat vegetables (plus fruits) if you dont want to get a terrible disease. You might regret it in the end…. tsk tsk tsk…
