It’s nearly 2006 and right now… I am about to post my year end report. But before that I want to inform those people who were reading my blog for the past few days that I wasn’t able to complete the required cases for major surgeries. We didn’t have any patients in our last day. What a lucky day! Out of boredom, I and my groupmates decided to play charades. It was really fun! Harhar!

Anyhoo, 2005 has been a great year for me. Lots of surprises, really. It won’t be new to you if I said that I learned a lot of lessons this year since everytime I post in my blog, there’s always a lesson that I leave in my entries. So what happened to me in the past 12 months that I failed to tell the whole wide world?

1. I started my year 2005 with hope - hope that I will still see him and fix everything… and be US finally. But 11 months after, I decided not to continue my journey of finding him. You know why.

2. No boylets. This year, my boylets.. yeah.. my guySSSS vanished like a bubble that popped in the air. Haha! And because of that, I realized that being single rocks! As in being single without boylets.

3. I decided to publicize my life. Yeah. I become addicted with blogging. I actually started blogging last 2004 in xanga… then last January I transferred to blogspot with eenosentvileyn as the username. Then changed it to xylerrific. April of 2005, I decided to make layouts for free and transferred to freewebs with xylerrific.tk as my domain. Then last August, I applied for eerie-silence.net then after 4 long months, I decided to buy my own domain. And here I am now.. in MALDEETUH.ORG

4. I gained lots of friends. In you and in them. And that makes me greatful that even though we don’t see each other in person, I know and I feel that whenever I need someone to confide my problems with, you will be there to lend me your ears and give your shoulder for me to lean on. Nakanamann!!

5. Trust. Not the c*nd*m. Hehe. I learned that I should be careful in giving my trust to some people. Because it would be very painful if you’ve trusted a person so much, then all of a sudden, he or she will ruin it. Ouch.

6. Last year, last semester. Yeah. I cherished this year 2005 especially the school year 2005-2006 because finally, I will be able to fulfill one of my dreams and that is to finish my studies. Can’t wait for April 7.

7. Bye bye fears and anxiety. Most of you know that I had fear before in doing all the nursing procedures especially in administering medications through injection, suctioning secretions, doing internal examination on the pregnant mother and cord care for the newly born baby, inserting nasogastric tube, applying CPR and a lot more. Thank God. I was exposed to lots of different cases that requires courage, confidence and determination to be effective in implementing all those procedures. Like what the contestants in Extra Challenge or Survivor said, I SURVIVED.

8. Unexpectedly, I inspired people with my writings. And I am happy because somehow I have touched some people’s hearts. Yeahba. Xyla for president. Hehe! Joke.

Well. That ends my year end report. It’s very different from my 2004 YER because the latter one is very detailed where in I put every thing that happened in each of the 12 months. If you want to read it, click this.

I am done with my 2005 YER. Now, I am going to post my new year’s resolution/s and plans for the year of the dog.

1. Graduate with no problems with requirements.
2. Improve my time management.
3. Review for and pass board exam. (I am planning to review in Baguio but I hope my parents will let me.)
4. Look for a job.
5. Read more books in nursing.
6. Decrease my time in front of the computer.
7. Sustain my family’s needs (if any)
8. Win a heart of a man, in short, look for a boyfriend. Haha! just kidding.
