This is not a total farewell. I am just on a temporary leave because this Friday, my family, together with my dad’s officemates and their respective families, will be going on a trip around Luzon. Haha! Yeah. We will be going to different hot spots in Luzon like Pagudpod, Apari, Baguio, Mountain Province, Banaue Rice Terraces and a lot more. We will be back on April 3.
Another thing, my review sessions for the local board exam will be starting on April 3, which I will not be attending (Why absent on the 1st day? See above paragraph for the reason). I promised myself to stay away from net for like 2-3 months and concentrate with reviewing because this is serious matter. My future lies in my palms. Nakss.
Regrets. So what about regrets? I just realized that what the elders usually say “Nasa huli ang pagsisisi” is really true. I should not have gave up on giving my best. I should have continued aiming high. I shouldn’t have tried to be a mediocre. I should have….*sigh* If only I have maintained my grades during my third year (Remember? That was the time that I almost gave up nursing.), my parents may have asked someone to make a banner that says, “YAN ANG ANAK KO! CUM LAUDE!“. I failed to be included in the list of cum laudes. I am 0.10 decimals lower than the desired grade for the said honor. Sheesh! My gulay 0.10?!!
But despite of this regrets, I am still thankful that my parents are still proud of what I have achieved. They hoped that I will be one of the honors but when they heard the news, they told me that at least, I have the great chance of getting a medal (bronze medal for our institute). I am also thankful for my bestfriends and some closefriends for being so proud of me despite the grade that I have. Thanks so much for lifting my spirits up.
On the other hand, I am already contented with what I will be getting. At least, I was able to attain that kind of grade. And there’s still a Local Board Exam to top. Nye!! Hanep. Taas pangarap!
So till here. Happy graduation to me on April 17. I am excited to blog again on June 13. (kung kakayanin…) I’ll definitely miss you guys. *tears…* Please do text me if you have my number so I will still be updated with your lives.
Enjoy your summer. Mwah!
