Good news! I will start to work on Monday. Wee! I am so excited. I thank the Lord for listening to my prayers. :) I actually bought a new top a while ago para bonggang bongga ang entrance. Haha. Just kidding.
I do not know what to expect on my first day but I am preparing myself to meet new people with different personalities. I hope I could get along with my office mates easily. I don’t have a hard time though in befriending people, I think that is sort of my forte. Hehe.
I am so excited because after two years of finishing my degree, I finally got hired but I am still praying that someday, I’ll be able to work in the hospital so that I would have the chance to apply abroad because a working experience is required in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. I decided not to pursue my American Dream because of the retrogression thing. I decided not to pursue to medicine as well because I feel like it is too late even though people tell me that I still have time to take it. I just decided to take Master’s Degree in Nursing probably this year or next year so that I could teach nursing students in the future. I think that is my final decision. Good luck, Xyla. =D

Congratulations on your job! You better strut your stuff when you walk into the office! Haha
As for your future plans, I hope you’ll still keep your mind open to other stuff. I’m not talking about going to the US but becoming a doctor! I mean, in the end, it’s all up to you but I’d hate to see you give up on that dream seeing as how you’re only 22 years old! You still have SO much time to do a LOT of things.

ohh.. :) good luck with your first job :) When I was younger, I had dreams of becoming a doctor myself but then again, as fate has it, I decided to eventually take up business. My dream of becoming a doctor may have changed, but my passion for helping out others will stay the same. I know this is also probably how you may be feeling right now. :)
