Vroooommmm!
I rode a motorcycle just by myself. I drove it. And it’s cool. =)
I’ve always wanted to learn to drive it. (Err, is that the right term for a motorcycle?) My parents are insisting me to learn to drive our car again. I actually learned driving like 6 years ago but because I don’t have a car to use, I wasn’t able to apply what I’ve learned. That’s why they want me to practice again.
I insisted though that I want to drive the motorcycle first so that I can use it if I’ll go to a grocery store or for some errands. You know, for short distances only. And also, I wanted to get used to the dangers of the streets. Haha! You know what I mean.
So anyway, two nights ago I had the chance to drive around our subdivision using our motorcycle. It’s fun! I loved it that I felt the winds touching my face when I accelerated the speed. Our neighbors were actually watching me probably because they seldom see a girl with a motorcycle because we usually see it driven by guys. F na F ko talaga! I even told my sister that I should get a cute helmet so that I can also do those slow-mo-motorcycle-stints of women in the ads. Haha. Okay, that’s not funny, I know.
Wee! I can’t wait to drive it on a main road!

My name is Xyla, a 24-year-old Filipina unemployed registered nurse. I am a freelance writer for a nursing magazine of a review center. I aim to be a nurse leader in the future. With only 12 units left in my Master's Degree (Major in Medical-Surgical Nursing), I am ready to teach nursing students. During my past time, I kill Zombies, plant Cherry Bombs, Marigold and Melon Pult and make cheesy stuff for my boyfriend. I firmly justify that I am not too old for Glee-addiction. I hate prepositions. They make my life complicated.

Ingat ka lang ate. Delikado sumakay sa motorcycle. :)

When I was a kid, about 11 I think, my dad allowed me to ride our scooter with him. I thought riding one was like those in the arcade where you’ll trigger the accelerator hard. And so I did. And there goes the scooter. Luckily, we’re safe when the scooter did his own thing. Ahahahahahaha. Ever since that scooter incident happen to me, I promised to myself that I will never ride any scooter/motorcycle everrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Hello to driving a car!!! Ahahahahahaha:))
