My name is Jeremy Xyla De Vera. I am 22 years old and my birthday is on July 26. I earned my degree, BS Nursing in Far Eastern University last April 2006. I passed the board exam twice so does that mean that I am a 2nd time registered nurse? Lol.

Writing is my passion and blogging is my tool for expressing my hidden thoughts and emotions. I write anything under the sun. I am not that expert in English so if ever you see sentences with wrong grammar, please let me know. I do accept constructive criticisms rather than hateful comments/ humiliation.

I am grateful that God has given me my talents. I can sing, dance, act, and design. I am a frustrated band vocalist and magazine contributor. My first article that was published in a magazine is entitled “Crazy For You” which can be read at Candymag’s July 2007 issue. The article talks about mentally-ill people and what I have experienced in my clinical exposure in a mental hospital.

Speaking of mental hospital, I own a forum which is called Lunatic Forum. I first conceptualized that forum last April 2006 and put it up last June 2006.

Regarding my profession, I am still currently looking for a job. If given a chance, I would love to work in a psychiatric ward or in a coronary care unity or in a neuro ward. I’d love to specialize in Cardiovascular/Neuro Nursing or in Psychiatric Nursing. I’ve always wanted to work in a hospital. It is because I love caring for sick people despite the tiring job.

I am a true person. I am bubbly, cheerful, responsible, gregarious and strong. I love reading inspirational stories. I wish I could write my own book which can inspire people to become a better person and to keep on believing in their selves and fighting for what is right. Last but not the least, I am faithful to our dear Lord.
